Make a Deposit

Aircraft Simulator Training is fully devoted to providing one-on-one training. When you schedule your training, please understand that you are blocking out that time with an instructor and scheduling the use of a simulator. The instructor will be solely dedicated to working with you in a simulator that will be allocated to you during your scheduled training. While at AST, you are treated as their priority.

Once you have confirmed your training date with your deposit, those dates with the instructor and simulator will not be offered to another pilot. The $500 deposit is to confirm that that you will be attending and that time won’t be offered to another pilot.

If you request a reschedule at least two weeks prior to the beginning of your scheduled training, the same deposit of $500 will be left in place to reschedule within 6 months. If you give less than two weeks notice of a reschedule or cancellation the, $500 is applied partially cover the sim instructors time, lost revenue and administrative costs.

If you fail to give two weeks notice, the full amount of the training you scheduled may become due. AST will attempt to mitigate the balance beyond the $500 deposit. However, we do not guarantee that we will be able to fill the time period you blocked and confirmed with your deposit.

As a small and specialized training facility, we work with a very limited number of pilots each day. We focus on those pilots and what they want and need to work on. We want you to have the best training possible and prefer that your deposit go toward that training. Please let us know as quickly as possible of any changes in your schedule.
